I had expected a fully professional, pleasantly delivered examination and treatment course. I was terrifically satisfied with the whole experience, from waiting-room comfort to communication with the staff, and even more so with the thorough cleaning and gum probes given by the technician. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Frede again; I had gone through a slight memory-loss occasion in 2012, but everything was familiar to me; my impression was like visits of other times. The employees have always been happy, friendly, and efficient…and I am talking about when Monica first took over the practice. I always get the impression that everyone is working there because they want to, because it is an excellent atmosphere where hard work and good attitudes are encouraged and the client is always put at ease. Hard to believe I am talking about a dentist’s office, right? They also use the latest technology that make the visit faster and product better. Before my first visit I was so nervous to the point of anxiety attacks because I was so scared of the dentist. Let me assure you every one of their staff is so kind, caring and compassionate about all of their patients!. They are super wonderful with big chickens like me! Also the big plus is you don't have to be referred out to another Dental Office for procedures, they do ALL work right there! I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years. Called up and they got me in same day!! Casey made my appointment and took care of me in office. Made me feel comfortable and eased my dental anxiety she was so bright and bubbly. Dana was my hygienist she was so helpful explained everything to me. Made sure I understood everything before I left! Dr. Raj was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone is this office is amazing so nice. Being a retired dentist from Indiana, it took me a few tries to find a new dentist in this area. But I have been very pleased with the care I have received at Washington Smiles, most specifically with Dr. Melissa Smith and hygienist Krista. Even when they weren't available I have liked the other team members. Their whole philosophy of practice, their caring, and their offering of self- insurance options are all things I look for in a dental practice. Very high recommendation. – Jean Williams
